We want every TRVLY piece to meet the standard you expect from an international brand. Review the details below so you know exactly how we operate.
Shipping & Lead Time
Every garment is crafted with intention.
Standard lead time is 30 days before your item ships, as TRVLY operates internationally and is not limited to U.S. production timelines.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you.
Ready-to-Wear Pieces
You may try on ready-to-wear garments to confirm fit, but refunds are not issued for these pieces.
If the item is unworn, unwashed, still has its tags, and is in original packaging, you may return it within 30 days for store credit only.
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future TRVLY purchase.

Returns must be approved before being mailed back—unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Bespoke / Custom Garments
Custom garments are created uniquely for you, therefore refunds are not available.
However, we offer limited alterations or adjustments to ensure your investment in your custom piece feels complete.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at asktruly@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Worn or used garments

Items missing tags or original packaging
European Union Orders
EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days.
Items must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Refund Timing (When Applicable)
Refunds only apply when TRVLY is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
